Suspend Holds

If someone wants to put a hold on something they've already had five times, you can put them back on hold and "suspend" the hold for a week. That way it sits on the shelf for a week until the hold becomes active again.
How?
Look up the item and begin to place a hold. Before you click "place hold", change the DATE SUSPENDED date to today and the DATE UNSUSPENDED to a week from now.

You can also do this if a patron is going on vacation. In this case, set it to the date they return from vacation.
