Our emergency contact list has been updated to include volunteers. I taped it to the back of the schedule clipboard. Now it won't get lost!
I also added the volunteers to our schedule. If a volunteer tells you they won't be here next week, please check to make sure they are marked out on that day. I know they talk to all of us and sometimes that info does not get communicated.
