According to IT Services... There must be 10 minutes or more wait time before PCRes prints the wait time on the receipt. Wait times under 10 minutes will not print on the receipt. For example a patron made a reservation at 3:17 PM and it was for 3:25 PM but didn't think she had to wait because there was no line on her receipt that said she had to wait--the start time was correct however.
